Local award-winning author Lane Walker graced Marlette Elementary during our energetic "Get in the Game, Read!" for reading month. Ms. Laursen's class engaged with the book "Wei Skates On" on the smart board during the final Trivia Tuesday of March, celebrating Reading Month. Following the reading, students participated in a discussion and responded to a question about the narrative. The student who provided the correct answer was awarded a prize.
