The students in Mr. Schleicher's 3rd grade class joined in with Ms. Laursen's Kindergarten class to sing some holiday classics this afternoon. This is the most wonderful time of the year!


Thank you Marlette Regional Hospital for donating 100 bags full of socks, hats, and gloves! The students in Mrs. Pennington's class were excited to show them off.

Two High School Fundraisers To Benefit Area Foster Families
1) Donuts ($3, or 2 for $5) and Cookies ($2 each, or 2 for $3) on Thursday morning.
2) Bags of Popcorn ($1 per bag) for Friday Morning 1st Hour—must be paid for by Thursday at 3:30 pm. to first hour teachers or to the office
ALL proceeds go toward making a brighter holiday season for local foster families!

Marlette Elementary School's Giving Tree has done awesome so far collecting toys for local families this holiday season. We have collected boxes and boxes of toys. We are collecting unwrapped toys through Friday, December 20th.


Mrs. Pennington's class wrote thank you notes to Mr. V and delivered them today. Levi was brutally honest and I agree that Mrs. Redman most certainly does more than I do and we are fortunate to have her!

MES is spreading Christmas cheer with Christmas caroling and Christmas crafts with the Hannah Wolfe residents. Mrs. Branding’s students were back to back winners in having the highest percentage of students at MES returning their reading calendars.

On Thurs. Dec. 12, there will be a donut and cookie sale at the HS beginning at 7:45 a.m. by the cafeteria. Donuts are $3 each or 2 for $5 and cookies are $2. All proceeds will benefit local foster families. Contact Mrs. Lester at the high school with any questions.
