As we recognize Anti-Bullying Week and World Kindness Day, we are reiterating lessons learned by hosting a couple of dress-up days to tie all important lessons together at Marlette Elementary. Thursday will be odd socks day (to show we are all unique and different), and Friday will be pajama day (put a rest on bullying).

Our students expressed their most profound gratitude for the service and sacrifice of our local veterans today. Their bravery has helped ensure our safety and freedom, and we are forever grateful for that. Thank you for answering the call of duty, putting yourselves in harm's way, and embodying the spirit of selflessness and patriotism. Your contribution to our nation will never be forgotten. Thank you to Mr. Yaros for orchestrating an honorable event for our community.
