5th and 6th-grade Quiz Bowl teams faced off in Peck on 11/1/22. Both teams work hard and have fun competing against each other and other groups from Sanilac County.
Mrs. Kneffel has created reading stations where students can nestle in, rest on a cushion, and read a book. Parents donated the pillows, and the students are grateful for the generosity.
Mrs. Kneffel's class had fun lining up for the Halloween Parade, and enjoyed seeing all of the students in costume.

Our annual wreath sale is underway. Proceeds go to help the band with student trips. Whatever a student sells, they keep their portion of the proceeds to help with band expenses. Donations are welcomed as well.
These are REAL evergreen wreaths. We will distribute order forms for the kids at the concert.
Orders are due on Friday, November 11, 2022. Pickup is on Monday, November 21, from 4-6 PM in the band room.

Mrs. Thompson was fortunate to get her class sponsored so each student could choose a book each month this school year to keep. Students picked out their October and November books recently and were excited to take them home to read!

Our first-grade teachers dressed as M&MS for Halloween, and the children were delighted to see their teachers get in the Halloween fun.
Ms. Cornwell's class enjoyed being able to wear their costumes in style.
The students had a Spooky Halloween dance break to shake and rattle their bones and decorated bags to gather candy.
Mr. Reynolds’ class is receiving their math lesson today on their classroom’s new touch screen interactive whiteboard.
The 1st-grade students read one of the classics, Stuart Little. The combined classes watched the movie together and compared and contrasted the differences between the book and the movie.
