Parker Jones came to Marlette Elementary on Tuesday, August 29th, encouraging positive behavior through basketball. Kids learned the importance of being ready, respectful, and responsible.

If you need daycare on Friday, September 1st, we are open.

An evening highlight was a drawing at the Marlette Elementary Open House for the four bicycles and two scooters sponsored by Blue Cross Complete and the Sanilac County Department of Health and Human Services. The winners from left to right with their new rides are Charlie Noble, Karli Landon, Riley Noble, Benjamin Sexton, Beau Wilkinson, and William Skakle.

Mrs. Schmidt's kindergarten class learned to use crayons, scissors, and glue to make bus puzzles. Then, students posed for a silly first-day-of-school photo!

A sunny day, fun with old and new friends, and so, just like that, a new school year begins.
