Kelly Lams kept her 1st-grade class engaged this week with lots of learning and fun activities. The kids had a wonderful week with their teacher.

Congratulations to Kinsley and Jensen for having the most pride in all of Red Raider Care! They both beat Miss Baleigh in a competition wearing the most red and white today! Their prize was a choice of a McDonald’s milkshake or French fries.

4th graders from Ms. Nickens and Mrs. Thompson’s class participated in Project R.E.D. on September 21st. Project R.E.D. aims to educate 4th-grade students about local agriculture and natural resources. Students learn from trucking, crop management, conservation, and energy experts, many of which are volunteers from our community. It’s a fun-filled day for sure!
Ms. Nickens’ fourth graders attended Rural Education Day (Project Red) in Sandusky today. They learned about farming as a vocation and had an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.

On Saturday, a home run derby was hosted for the seniors' project graduation.
The winner of the adult division was Aaron Bower, with 9 out of 10 home runs. The 14U winner was Owen Anderson with 7 out of 10 home runs, and the 10U/12U winner was Landon Morse with 5 out of 10 home runs. The winner of the 40 and older division was Rich Degelbeck, with 7 out of 10 home runs.
